We plan, design, and build high-quality custom homes with exceptional attention to detail, a focus on quality, and an unmatched eye for style. Our team offers consulting services to create beauty, comfort, and functionality in every space.
We start by meeting with you to hear your goals and ideas. Once we establish your priorities, we will take over all of the heavy lifting. From coordinating sub-contractors to setting up appointments and selections with vendors, we will make the process fun and easy!

Thank you for considering Chic Design + Build for your upcoming project! The planning process for a custom home typically takes 3 months and building a home can take anywhere from 6-10 months, depending on the size, location, and time of year.
We are a design + build firm, so you will work with Janessa and one of our draftsman to create your custom floor plan. We have several plans you can work off of if you need a starting point, we can work with any you may have found online, or we can start from scratch.
With our design services,we will work with you to select materials to create a cohesive and beautiful home that reflects your personal preferences. Mood boards help to make the process fun and easy! Stress free is the way to be.
During the build, our accountant will create a live spreadsheet that you can access at any time, enabling you to always be appraised on your budget.
We have several teams of preferred tradespeople, which enables us to keep schedules moving smoothly and the attention to detail & quality at the highest level possible.

Since we service a variety of projects - from additions and remodels to new construction - we do not have a set criteria for renovations. Our new construction homes typically range from $400,000-$10,000,000+
